Terms and conditions
General
These terms and conditions apply to private consumers’ purchases of goods from Arlette Ntantu. It is not possible to use any VAT / CVR number on the webshop. If you buy as a business customer within the EU in this webshop, you must be responsible for VAT refunds. If you want to trade as a trader you can contact our customer service at arlettentantu@gmail.com.

Customs
Please note that customs duties abroad are not included in the price and will therefore be imposed upon receipt of order in that country. As a consumer, you are assigned responsibility for customs and payment.

As a customer or interested, you are always welcome to contact us at arlettentantu@gmail.com. We will then return as soon as possible – however within 1-7 working days.
Delivery
If you have questions about your order, you are always welcome to write to us at arlettentantu@gmail.com. Should we experience a delay in your order, you will be contacted. If you have questions about delivery or tracking, please contact arlettentantu@gmail.com.

The Netherlands: 2-7 working days
Europe: 3-8 working days
Overseas: We don’t ship overseas yet.
Payment
You pay via secured system WooCommerce by creditcard, PayPal, Ideal or GooglePay. All our orders are produced immediately after you place an order and will be shipped by DHL.
2 month warranty
As a customer of Arlette Ntantu, you have a 2 month right to make a complaint. The customer must complain within a reasonable time, which is within 2 weeks after the customer has established the error or defect. If this is relevant, please contact arlettentantu@gmail.com – always attach photos of the product.
Complaint
Have you received your goods damaged?
Send photo documentation of the shipment inside and outside. Make sure the package label is visible on the image. Contact directly at arlettentantu@gmail.com. We do not require a return shipment for damaged products.
Exchange / return
You have from the time you receive the product and 14 days ahead the opportunity to return your product. However, only in undamaged condition! All postage of return shipments is paid by the customer. Please contact arlettentantu@gmail.com with tracking on the shipment so we can track the order. All return shipments should be directed to:

Offer
Unfortunately, we do not accept discount codes on already discounted products.

Arlette Ntantu understands and respects the importance of privacy on the Internet.
